Time:  One Week Project

Skill Level: Intermediate

Size: 33” tall x 45” wide / [84 cm tall x 114 cm wide]

Gauge: 9.5 sts and 10 rows = 4” [10 cm] in sc after wet blocking

Materials

Yarn: Hoooked RibbonXL (80% recycled cotton, 20% recycled other fibers; 131 yards [120 meters]/250 grams): RXL31 Stone Gray (MC, 3 balls), RXL33 Sandy Ecru (CC1, 2 balls), RXLSP8 Riverside Jeans (CC2, 2 balls), RXL43 Caramel Brown (CC3, 1 ball), RXL53 Harvest Ochre (CC4, 1 ball)

Hook/Needles: US size K/10.5 (6.5 mm)

Notions: Tapestry needle or small crochet hook for weaving in ends.

Pattern Notes

To change colors, work in old color up to last yarn over then yarn over with the new color to complete the stitch.

To make changing colors easier, separate the yarn into smaller balls before beginning. You will need 3 small balls each of MC and CC4 and 4 small balls each of CC1, CC2, and CC4.

Beginning Stripes

Row 1: Sc in 2nd ch from hook and each rem ch, turn. (78 sts)

Rows 2-13: Ch 1, sc in each st, turn.
Row 14: With CC1, rep Row 2.

Row 17: With CC3, rep Row 2.

Rows 18-19: With CC2, rep Row 2.
